Sorry if I missed the mark here. The young fellow was in the truck, parked on the street (at the curb actually) and looked up just as I snapped the picture. "Street Photography" seems to be a pretty broad term. I'm not sure I've seen an acceptable, unarguable definition yet so I'll probably just continue to do what I'm doing until I'm convinced I've got it wrong. Thanks anyway.

Do some actual research on what Street Photography is. Wikipedia has a fairly good definition, as long as you pay attention to the entire definition and don't take something that fits only part of it to be Street Photography. The main thing to note is that the "Street" in Street Photography does not mean a road, but rather a community.
Your image could be called a very nice street portrait!
