It is available right now, but Amazon is stating 6 - 8 weeks for delivery since the first production run sold out almost immediately.

I ordered mine from B&H on August 24th at 8am and I am still waiting to receive it. The first batch of D850's went to NPS customers and not many non-NPS customers received theirs. With that information even when a new batch of cameras become available it will likely be that they will not be enough to cover new orders.

I've been waiting 7 weeks and still no sign. Unless you are a NPS member expect a long wait.

It has been in stock at bestbuy a couple of times, now expected shipping date there is Nov. 18th. You just have to order somewhere. You could also check with MTshooter here on UHH. He has a camera store. Maybe he can do something for you.

If you're desperate and willing to pay extra, there are several D850's on EBay. You might try negotiating with the seller.

Hi Bruce,
Same boat! Ordered Aug 24th around ~8am from B&H (your probably ahead of me because I was closer to 9am). My friend ordered his from Beach Camera 2 weeks later, and he's had his D850 for 3 weeks now!!
