Fire Camp - Seeley Lake, MT

Everyone know there were lots of forest fires in western states. Montana fires consumed 1.2 million acres. Traveled to Lincoln, MT & Seeley Lake with hopes of getting some pictures of the fire and/or a picture or 2 of one of the big airplanes scooping water out of the lake. Way too smokey for either ... so decided to take some pictures of the fire camp in Seeley lake, many thanks to the firefighters, what a group.

That is sad...hope all the fires can be contained shortly...my wife's family lost two houses yesterday in Santa Rosa.

Thanks jederick, .... the photos were from about a month ago, the area received some snow & rain along with much cooler weather so the Montana fires have been contained to the best of my knowledge. Very sorry to hear that your family lost 2 houses, hope they were not injured?
