Thank You and Thanks to all for all the help and time. With all the comments, suggestions and redos I was able to create a couple of presets for LR and PS that made the reconstruction of the prints a lot easier bring back the color.
Imagine trying to do this before the digital revolution. I was able to correct over 200 photos in a couple of hours all for 10 dollars a month for LM & PS CC 2017.
