#1 is a Panorama Head II for Minolta cameras.
#2 is a Spiratone T Mount Adapter for Minolta.
#3 is a Spiratone 60mm Close Focusing Tube for the Spiratone 400 mm lens.
The last is likely an extension tube with T-mount female on one end and male on the other. I have an ancient Sun/Spiratone zoom with a handgrip-trigger to stop it down that uses the same configuration for a 2x teleconverter. Spiratone was famous for T-mount stuff.
I'm surprised there isn't a Kickstarter to reproduce my zoom and charge $1,200 for that uncorrected vintage look!
The first one, the pano head, looks just like the one I have except mine says NIKON. :) If it is basically the same it will have "click" stops at I think about 12 degrees. I could be all wet on that as I'm trusting to memory.
Hope this helps anyone who might be interested.
