On1 Raw 2018? I ordered the On1 Raw 2018 upgrade yesterday, and I should be receiving it by the end of the month. I already downloaded a bunch of freebees. Did any of you order it?

No, I just updated to the RAW 2017 version about a month ago and haven't really used it all that much, so it will be some time before I go with the 2018 upgrade. When I got the new photo RAW, I kept the ON1 Photo 10.5 on my hard drive too, as I wasn't quite sure what would be included in the new product.

Nope, $79 upgrade, but worth it. ON1 2018 is close to being able to replace a bunch of other processing software. It's really quite good/comprehensive and constantly being added to and improved on!

It's not out yet. It gets released as a free beta tomorrow. The actual upgrade won't be out for another month or so, if history is any indication. I use Lightroom, Photoshop and On1 on nearly all of my images. It works equally well as a standalone or as a set of plugins for Lr and Ps. When I have a lot of images from a job or a trip, I will import the images to the folder of my choice, then use On1's Browse module to rate and cull the images - it is way faster than Lr in that respect, and the star/color ratings are the same as Lr. When I am done, I just open Lr and point it to the new folder and files.

Jerry, it is all a subversive plot to do in the Religious Icon... "ADOBE" introducing ON1 at $120 full! and made with modern code... I am sure the old patched LtRoom that people have so many problems with and has such a steep learning curve will remain as the top dog!! Like swimming to France from England vs taking an AC bus via tunnel, something to brag about [I guess!]. To me problematic LtRm can be replaced easily with a sensible program.
