Yes. The sensor on this camera is a "crop sensor" type, meaning it has a lot smaller surface for collecting light. It has 14.8 million effective pixels, while a D810 has a full 24x36mm sensor with 36.3 million pixels. Plus there is a lot of R&D in the larger sensor making it considerably better in the noise department.
So someone asked if I had cropped this image -- I did not. But here is a wider view. Obviously the same equipment used, but @f/16 for 1/100 sec and ISO 400. Still aperture priority.
