Iao valley petroglyph

This is a petroglyph within the Iao Valley on Maui. You can see the wrapped leaves offerings left at the site this and a couple others were shown to me by my Hawaiian friend.

Thank you I sharpened it and brought up the color a bit heavy as to bring out the markings.

I find on petraglyphs that increasing the contrast and clarity usually pop them off the walls.

sure does, I am going to try and get to the ones on the San Pedro river today or tomorrow they are pretty awesome.

Where are they? I've done some work along the San Pedro, but didn't find any.

They are off the Charleston, Tombstone bridge over the San Pedro on the trail to the Charelston ghost town

And I was there and went to Charleston. There was one rock that had some designs on it, but that was all I saw. Is there more?

Thanks Jerry sorry took so long to reply had surgery this morning I fell yesterday and knocked the metal hip out of place they replaced the upper joint this morning I am still loopy but everything went well.

There are a few after leaving the trail, then 2 more heading to the crossing to the old ghost town of Charleston.
There are also some I have located in Copper Canyon which is on the west side of the Huachucas and a couple near Cochise Stronghold in the Dragoon Mountains.
