A couple recent ones. The first is fireworks over Portland as seen from Bug Light. It was chosen for a local calendar and, thanks to many of you and other friends, it appears to have won the popular vote (which means some extra $$) - I will know later today or tomorrow what the final is. The second is my best attempt so far to capture the Milky way. I'll be working on that for some time!

Here are a few from Inverness - two of the Inverness Castle (not really a castle but a civic building from the mid 19th century) and also the Inverness North Church which boasts the highest steeple in town.
