Been interested with water drop photography on and off for a while. I have been using a laser trigger, MIOPS, and various home brewed valves and controls. I'm a machinist, making those parts was easy, but I was never happy with results I could come up with so I broke down recently and purchased the Mjkzz Water Drop Kit. It has an electronic controller and gives me almost infinite control of number of drops, size, and delay between them, plus it's self contained, meaning I don't have to worry about OS compatibility like some other kits.
Here are some of the early results.
Looks great, I think you have it up control.
Did you buy a special camera for this? Please explain what hardware/software/optics you had to use. I would like to try this.
Superb imaginative curative work, Brilliant set tuatara,

Hi GalaxyCat, no special camera, just my regular one, Olympus E3, with Zuiko 12-60 pro lens and a couple of FL36 flash units on radio remote mounts. If your camera has a remote release socket the you should be fine. The control unit connect to the camera and flash and controls the firing of both.

Fantastic Work, I enjoy doing GIMP (free version, better than "Photoshop") creative work, I'm old and in a rehabilitation home so have a lot of time to kill, So great Photos!

Great pictures. I would never have imaged there would be such an instrument or a market to have such an instrument.
