Started our day in Dauin, only to find that two of the Resorts we normally go to were full, so we headed to another venue for lunch. Then on to Bacong.

It's a very nice series...nice captures.
Thanks, one of the nice things of being in the Philippines is the low cost of living. The air conditioned bus to Dauin was only one US dollar. We used non air conditioned buses for our return at a cost of only $.50.

An interesting set. What are the main things to see and do in these places? Show us more next time!
Spent a lot of time over four years in the P.I. with the USN. Several different ports with Subic Bay leading the list. You live in a beautiful country and photograph it well...thanks for sharing these photos.

I'd like to visit the Philippines someday. My church does mission work there, supports a church and sponsors school children. Started by one of our members several years ago, a retired pediatrician who is from there originally.
Great series. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent set. I encountered an interesting phenomenon on my computer as I was scrolled with the mouse wheel, down/up (but not when I used the slider). The wasp/bee in the first photo appeared to move its abdomen due to the light areas on the abdomen momentarily darkening, giving the illusion of movement!
Good shots, Dannie! Quite a delicious looking lunch you had! :)
Thanks for all the nice comments, and yes, lunch was excellent :>)
