Philippine Sports Commissioner Mon Fernandez and Mayor Felipe Antonio "Ipe" Remollo open the first ever basketball tournament.
The tournament pitting various tricycle drivers associations in a series of friendly games. While some of these players were not the best, it was evident that everyone enjoyed the games.

Thanks, there were a fair number, but most were setting on the my side of the court.
