During rescue attempts there was a news article about efforts to save a girl trapped in a building that was next to a building that was dangerously close to collapsing. Rescue workers were risking their lives to get the girl out. I never saw, perhaps just missed it, any follow up news re if the rescue was successful. I could not find the info on a Google search. If anyone here knows the outcome please inform me. I am hoping the news is good.

Frida Sophia was the name given to the little girl. She never existed. It was a combination of mistakes and ultimately propaganda to help keep the spirits of the workers up.

Thanks for the reply. Perhaps that is why I may have missed that info - no longer hot news item, as a true rescue attempt would have continually been reported until the outcome was known.
