My guess is, NOT that good, but acceptable to most non-photographers!!
Me, I have an iPhone, and yes, I'm happy with the results, for a phone.
If I'm gonna put in the time, I'm gonna use a REAL camera!

Yup, Sharp ... exactly my feelings, too ...

APS-C, preferably ... although, I have been known to use a bridge, occasionally ...

But, not a ONE of the 11 bridges I have, could EVER be considered "pocketable" ...

Switch to cargo pants and you'll have loads more choices.

Actually, I DO have a couple of pairs of those ... haven't worn them in ages, though ...

I doubt very much whether I could stuff something like a FFP 200EXR in a pocket of them, though ...

Or, come to think of it ... a Panasonic Lumix FZ-70 ....

The pockets would most surely rip open ....

Just in case you're wondering, Cheese ....

Both of those are at least as large as a normal-size APS-C DSLR, in fact, the Fuji's even bigger ...

Why would you NEED 11 bridge cameras?

Good question, Pablo ...

It's not as if I went out and bought them altogether, you know ...

There are two well - maybe three generations, represented there ...

Over a seven-year period ... you just keep looking for something newer, better - you know how it goes ...

My wife uses a Canon SX160 IS that has amazing zoom and sharpness for a pocket camera. I bought it for my wife because it uses regular AA batteries that she can get anywhere in case she doesn't have time or a place to recharge. Here is a pretty impressive video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IoEzJIKLSnQ There are other good ones out there too but this is pretty handy with the AA batteries and compact size.

Here is what I wrote re: a similar question on this site:

I have a zs50 and it is a fine pocket camera. The zs70 is newer and a bit better. Here is a comparison. I think you will be happy with either one.

Pocket size. Shoots RAW. 30x zoom. Viewfinder. etc.

Two AAs. She actually has rechargeable AA batteries and a charger that she takes with her but if she forgets to recharge it is no big deal to grab a pack of batteries at a convenience store.

I used to do that with my Fuji Finepix HS-10 ....

Wore 'em out ... now I've gone back to the real thing ... it takes 4 ...

But there's a certain way you have to put them in ... otherwise, you could mess it up ...

I used to use it all the time ... I should use it more often, now ... so I don't forget which way they have to go ...

Have an HS-50 now ... NiCad ... so much easier and faster ...
