That is definitely a fair and reasonable request and while, I would love to, we do keep that a secret until the sale launches on Oct. 13th. I know that's not what you want to hear, but that's kind of the nature of a flash sale such as this. If you don't want to forget to check it out, you can sign up for our newsletter at www.5daydeal.com and we will send out a notification when the sale launches. (Unsubscribe is always at the bottom of our emails in case you want to easily opt out later.) You can see who is involved in the sale on that page as well. Just hover over the headshots to see the names and see if there is anyone there you'd like to learn from. That's definitely a place to start to see if you're interested at all. Oh! We give away a lot of great prizes during the sale also, including a MacBook Pro and a DJI Drone, Canon camera, etc., so don't forget to enter. :)

Thank you. That tells me everything that I wanted to know. Coming from a sales and marketing background, I think I'll give it a pass. Have fun, and good luck with the promotion, I'm sure that you'll find plenty of willing participants. Especially those that come with limited knowledge or ability to research the actual value of the offers.

Do we all get a free set of steak knives, also?

All American

I really do hope you will research the value of the products. We screen these products extensively and use the retail value that the contributors list on their own site. You'll find the exact same values in your own research. We've donated more than $1.1M to charity in just 3 years as well. No steak knives, though.

Can't do that if we don't know what is involved. Not interested in a time limited pyramid scheme. Put your info out for public scrutiny, even if it is historical rather than this year's offer, but it is time to put yourselves on the line. Do you have any reason not to do that?

I can definitely send information on past sales. I don't seem to be able to upload a document here. You can email us at support@5daydeal.com and we'll be happy to send from there. Otherwise, our contributors usually list out the products in their reviews. Here are some you can check out: (This one is from the Photography Business Bundle from earlier in the year: https://www.joyofmarketing.com/blog/my-review-of-the-2017-5daydeal-photography-business-bundle/), http://farbspiel-photo.com/the-complete-photography-bundle-2016-whats-really-in-it-for-you, http://www.canonpricewatch.com/blog/2015/09/review-of-complete-photography-bundle-iii-ebooks-videos-for-127/, https://fstoppers.com/deals/5-day-deal-educational-bundle-back-150042. You can find information on past sales with a quick google search if you want. I'm happy to send info, though.

The link is a good place to start. Documents - especially a pdf smaller than 20MB - can be attached and uploaded - see <store original>, if you received my .mp3 from the Book of Mormon then it should be clear that system supports it. If your offers and deals are legitimate, no reason we should suggest that they are not, then giving a little more information shouldn't be that much of a problem, although which section to post them in may result in some discussion.

Advertising is generally frowned upon in most UHH sections, and many people are very skeptical, but you may be able to find a way.

So that is a start, in that we can see the flyer. Next is enough information to evaluate the bundle without a large amount of research. I still don't know how to assess the value proposition without a bunch of work. You should assume that most of us are very cynical about such things, so need to see independently verifiable information. For example, refurbished equipment offerings from Canon or Nikon are easy to assess compared with B&H or Amazon. Can you supply an equivalent amount of detail so that a value assessment can be identified?

Otherwise the 5 day deal feels like a high pressure sales technique, especially as people mostly seem to think that they will only use part of the bundle.

It seems that in the early fall I start to get emails about the 5DayDeal. This is always advertised as an all-new Complete Photography Bundle with lots of courses, presets, info, etc, that if bought individually, would cost thousands, as opposed to their bundled "deal of about $100".. I just received the email that the deal is coming again, mid October, for 5 days only. Has anyone purchased the deal in past years, and if so, has it been worth it? And if you have received the emails, and decided to pass..why?

I bought the package last year and found it well worth the cost. I don't ordinarily buy stuff like this but the offerings were by well known photographers/instructors/vendors, probably 75% of it was of interest to me, and all of it was high quality. It kept me in instruction and new tools for the better part of a year. I don't know if I'll buy this year's, it depends on what's included, but I'll sure look it over and decide based on merits. I'm attaching a copy of the PDF that detailed last year's offer.

OK, how many did you use or find valuable? Quality and value over quantity? 30GB of storage isn't much for some of us, but do we want or need it?

I would say that the best assessment of a past deal is found at one of the links I included above (https://www.joyofmarketing.com/blog/my-review-of-the-2017-5daydeal-photography-business-bundle/). You can also find customer reviews at https://5daydeal.com/testimonials/. These are real customer reviews that come in on our page and we change them throughout the sale as they come into our system.

I probably used 30% of it. I still have not seen all the videos.

I have not come across a deal quite like it.
100 bucks for this much info plus they give a large portion to charity. I believe it's hard to beat.

I do not know if I will purchase this year, but I'll take a look at their offering.

Sorry... can't answer that one.
