Rated for 150,000 actuations, this camera has 5337 actual count when it went in the original box today. All the pieces that came with it included including flash. A DPreview 2013 award winner, it was the highest level OM-D at the time. Recently replaced by the MKII version.

See pics.

This sale is Body ONLY!! I tell you about the lens I used it with to show how I achieved contrast and phase detection on a PRO quality lens with a zoom of 14 to 54mm.

I used it with the MKII version of the Zuiko 14x54 lens and the MM3 adaptor, as the camera was designed to add "Phase Detection" with that full 4/3 second version of the venerable early 14-54 Pro Lens. Therefore able to achieve f2.8-3.5 aperture speed with a lens at a fraction of the cost of a similar Pro M.Zuiko lens. Slightly heavier lens, but I like the balance of that $350 lens (used-good condition) over the lighter M.Zuiko lens costing far more money for the M.Zuiko mirrorless.

This camera is in excellent condition, no wear, and fully functional. Protection is applied to the unmarked LCD.

Price $525 for body and all original accessories (no lens) shipped US, Paypal OK (preferred). Feed back... best to look at my 616 100% positive feedback as kuzano on eBay. Some here.

Olympus mirrorless, 16 Mp. OM-D is the class and E-M1 is the specific model. Top of the line a couple of years ago. Popular and full of featureds. DPreview awarded it a camera of the year award. It's a micro 4/3 camera. Aside from worlds fastest focus at the time, it competes readily with all the DX sensor camera's, but lighter. It was recently replaced by Olympus' OM-D E-M1, MKII version at $1900.

Olympus & Panasonic were first to introduce and grow the Mirrorless camera market in about 2006 with their 4/3 sensor. Since then, they have introduced and adapted the largest lens inventory in the mirrorless market.

This camera is a professional level camera and Olympus is enjoying quite a bit of switchover from people wanting lighter camera's and pro quality shots.

I've been shooting Olympus 4/3 since the introduction of the Evolt E-1 Pro DSLR in 2003 and matching or exceeding many APS sensor cameras.

Surprised you have to ask the question. You appear to be literate on the forum, having seen your posts often. This is your opportunity to shoot a high class light mirrorless, with tons of lens choices.

Oh.. yeah you got me on the apostrophe. Actually that's the sense of shock and delighted surprise that most people exhibit when they shoot an Olympus Mirrorless, particularly as fantastic as this one!!!!!!!!!!

It's an E-M1!!!!!!!!! in my mind.

Thank you for the compliments. I like to kid around a bit. I did not mean any offense.

I have a M43 kit and I absolutely totally love it. My camera body is first generation and I am looking to upgrade.

SOLD MY E-M1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hey JD750 ... no harm no foul. Thought you might be kidding around.

Someone snapped up this excellent camera for $50 more on a fixed price on eBay. I waited two days on the listing here at UHH before posting on eBay. I find UGHERS quite slow on good deals here..... You snooze, you lose!

Twenty years of selling on eBay shows me that the forums are not as forthcoming or decisive as eBay. And the deals have way better protection as long as you are careful.

Yes I have noticed that too. I am glad you sold the kit. Thanks for the tip about selling and for the reply.
