I really like the photo. Beautiful children and a nice idea for a group photo. The safety part of my brain can't help noticing that the ladder is not fully open and the support braces are not locked into position. A precarious situation with so many cute grandkids on the ladder.

Going by the paint spots on the ladder, it's been around a while. Another example of things "they don't make like they used to"☹️️
