More than one bad experience!! That's why I won't use them anymore!! Maybe it was that I got the bad part of each days transactions, but I wont do it again.

Back to the topic. There is NO ONE better at Customer Service than B&H. Period!

If a US customer uses a US-issued credit card, B&H will not charge the card until the merchandise is actually shipped. Unfortunately we cannot make the same offer to customers outside the USA who use a credit card due to circumstances beyond our control. If a US customer's order includes in-stock items we're shipping and an out-of-stock item we cannot ship yet, we will charge the card for the shipped items when they ship.
