Rathyatra - when you upload, can you check the (store original) box? That first flower is a new one to me, and the black knocks my sox off ! The rose is ethereal (Light coming through the petals), and the water lily is just a very good pic, especially composition and depth of field. Was this a cloudy day ? This light seems supremely even !

Sorry but the first flower has been touched up on Photoshop - I have attached a copy of the original - I couldn't resist Photoshopping it as I thought it enhanced it and gave it a more exotic look.
It was a medium day with some sun but mostly dampened down.
Water Lilies are a favourite of mine and remind me of the beautiful Lotus flower.
I think flowers come out best when the sun is not too bright - must have read that somewhere LOL!!!
