Does anyone know if you can use the Canon EF-S 10-22 1:3.5-4.5 USM lens on a full frame camera using extension tube?
If I'm understanding how everything connects, when setting the lens at 10mm it will causes the back element of the lens to hit the mirror when shooting. So if you add an extension tube will this eliminate the problem.
If so, would I lose my wide angle.
Maybe this will help
"Some have reported success attaching EF-S lenses to full-frame bodies with the use of an extension tube; however, this does not eliminate the vignetting problem, and also removes the lens's ability to achieve infinity focus."

No you cannot use Canon EF-S lenses on a Canon full frame, apart from the mirror striking the lens (lucky the mirror did not break) the lens will not cover the full frame sensor.
