Paint Shop Pro 9 & Windows 10 mail

New to Paint Shop Pro 9. My attempt to email photo opens Microsoft Outlook...that's outmoded for many Windows 10 users. Wrote to Corel, got link to using Outlook. Asked for how-to on Windows 10 Mail but received nothing to date. Any workarounds?

Thanks for the welcome...this site is a real treasure trove of ideas and wonderful people.
I await some help, though I seem to be leaning away from PSP and towards PhotoShop elements---if I get through the learning-curve thing.

I use Adobe PS and would agree with your leaning. If you do, you will ask yourself why did I not do that sooner.

Uninstall Outlook, or open Windows Mail and make it the default e-mail program. And, Outlook is in no way outmoded, it still is the Corporate standard.

I don't understand your problem, Why are you e-mailing from PSP? open the e-mail program of your choice and attach your photo, send,simple and your in control

Thanks, but I solved it another way...added an email client and associated it to PSP. End of story, but thanks for your help.

Agree. I still use it at home even though I'm retired now. The OP however may be referring to the now retired Outlook Express which was replaced by Windows Mail.
