Scenic Greenport, Long Island...
David and I spent the day on the East End of Long Island in the quaint town of Greenport.... I want to think it's the home or vacation spot of the rich and famous from the looks of the boats that are always docked there!!.... We actually took a 3 hour boat cruise to see the light houses and seals (I'll post those later), but had to share these beautiful water front shots....
We did eat at the restaurant another time, for this visit we ate at the clam bar... and I know why it's famous!!
Hope you enjoy and please try the downloads for more details!! All taken with my Canon SX50

Beautiful pictures but I had to chuckle at the "pontoon" boat. Calling a catamaran a pontoon is like calling the Queen Mary a tugboat.
LOL.... as you can tell, I know nothing about boats... but thanks for the correction, I wouldn't want anyone else to get a chuckle like that, so it's just between us!! lol...
Thanks for your visit, Camlane and your comment... glad you enjoyed!!
A beautiful series. The boats are magnificent. The yacht is quite something else again. I could see myself living permanently on a boat like that. I think I have to win the lottery before that will happen.
Thanks, but I'm going to keep looking. : )
