You left out who, and while there may be federal money available now, I doubt there was before it became accepted. I didn't ask the motive of persons promoting c*****e c****e today. I asked the motive of who Blurry thinks started this "conspiracy".
What would the government's (whoever that is supposed to be) motive be to "steal taxes" and then give them away?
