I lived in Houston area for the last forever, before moving to southern Indiana, on the river. I have lots of archive stuff from the Houston/Galveston area. These are a few. I shot these from the ferry that runs from Galveston to Bolivar. He looked like he had fairly fresh paint...

These need to be straightened in PP, especially the first one. They would be much more interesting if this were done.

I doubt it would change the interest factor, but would certainly improve the first two shots; #3 looks pretty close to level to me--not enough off to mention.

Technically they should be straightened.....the tug looks like it is steaming uphill.
Good shots otherwise.

For shots #1 & 2 I agree, and I might have done #3 too if I had had a surveyors transit or level, but as I said my old eyes didn't notice it I suspect only the perfectionists among us did. Personally, I view the photos for pleasure and information, not to critique.

There have been times, motoring into the wind and currents, when I thought I was motoring up hill.
