Besides I just paid $1,650 for a 2nd 7D body three weeks ago and I would have been tempted to return it for selfish monetary reasons which would have compromised my integrity which would have hurt my self esteem, so I'm glad the deal was not for real. :roll:

A few months ago I purchased a refurbished 7D directly from Canon for about $1050 if I remember correctly. You had to trade in an old camera and it was on a 30 day trial basis. You could trade in any old camera. Maybe they are still having the same deal.
