Two things hit me immediately. One: the originating email address (brian.linke@zen.co.uk). Why would somebody with the Better Business Bureau in the UK contact me concerning a complaint about my business here in the states. Two: They don't give the name of the business. I don't own a business nor have I lived in the UK. Me thinks there's something fishy about this.

A quick click on the embedded link could provide you with regrets for a long, long time. Don't be tempted. This is similar to the calls from the "IRS" warning that one is about to be sued unless they call and make payment arrangements. There are so many scam artists out there who are most willing to receive and spend money that you worked hard to earn. Spend the money on nice photo equipment instead.
You better do as they say or you could face penalties. It would not be on the internet if it was a scam.
I could smell it long before I read it.

I think the corollary is, "I saw it on Facebook, so it must be true." LOL
If you send me your bank account information, I'll take of this for you !!!!
