Last year a really nice lady I met here sent me a copy of a nice simple program whereas I could put together a slide show and then save it to a Flash Drive. My computer burnt up in a lightening hit and I can't find the disk. If she is still with us I need her again, if she remembers.

Does anyone know of a simpple program that makes good slide shows? Wedding motifs.

Thanks@!@

Do you have Lightroom4
It has the ability. Also you can save presentation as a PDF. Becoming a small file and easy to send collection on connected photos at one time.

How about one of the programs that comes with Windows - like Windows Photo Gallery?

Animoto is great, but isn't that just an online program that you have to pay a monthly/annual fee to use? Seems like renting, with nothing to show for it. I use Pro Show Producer (that's the full blown version), they have scaled down versions also. But there are others out there. There was a nice long thread about this here just yesterday I think with lot's of suggestions.

Go to www.download.com and search for slide programs. You will find many such programs to download, some are free, some are inexpensive and some are expensive. Give it a try.

Photo Story 3 for windows is a free download from Microsoft. It has a maximum of 300 slides. I just used it for a High School reunion with great success.

I use ProShow Producer. It's a top of the line slideshow creator. There are different versions for everyone's price range. You can find it here, http://www.photodex.com/ I highly recommend Proshow Producer, but Proshow Gold is also very good. You can also try each of them for free.

I also use Microsoft Photo Story 3 and it does a great job. You can add either your own music or a wide variety of computer generated music. I love it.
If interested in what it does a sample is on my Picasa web albums: https://picasaweb.google.com/100816217821038314261/VernazzaWedding?authkey=Gv1sRgCJHo2qma_7bLLQ#5622991384271676866

ProShow Gold is much less costly than ProShow Producer and will be much more than adequate for your needs. Go to Photodex.com. You can download a trial, but there is a limit to the number of photos you can do - but it's a way to see if you like it before buying. Enjoy!

Once again, this is your opinion. The BEST? You have tried them all?
