Nikon 610 focus

I have been using my 610for sometime without prob. Today the autofocus will not work with various lenses. Manual works fine, I have assigned af on on fn button and it will focus if I push that button, need some advise here, thanks. I have reset everything that can be reset.

In setting the th button to focus you may have inadvertently disabled the shutter button focus. Very common move for folks using back button focus.
When in doubt do a 2 button reset.

Just a piece of advise. Remember that the majority of AF errors are operator's errors.
