This is one that is definately better in colour, it would have lost its meaning in B&W. Well spotted. Did it work, how far out did he get? If it was me, I would have gone into panic if it didn't do what it was supposed to.

It worked and he definitely was going faster with it on. He didn't go too far out, I'm guessing it was quite a work out for the abs.
