I guess I should have checked BBB first. They may average 85% on customer satisfaction, but there's plenty to be alarmed about. Why not 99%? ? Specifically for me is unanswered complaints. And most likely "Gray Market"... one complaint specifically mentioned that... Thanks for responding and home work?

Unusual deals are not usually anything but questionable at best. Buyer beware.

They aren't the only ones to waffle on posted prices. One of the BIG ones does also!

STAY AWAY! Like many of their NY/NJ counterparts (Abe's of Maine, 47th St), these guys are out to get your money and nothing more. I looked up 2 cameras on their webite- D750 and D7200. First they list the manufacturer as "Canon", they provide no specifications and no guarantee/warranty info so you will probably be getting a grey market camera with all that this means for manufacturer support.
Like you've seen many times, stick with ABC and ask about bundles or go the refurb route (same stores but also include KEH for quality used). Of course, you could also support your local camera store since the honest places have to stick to the manufacturers' pricing guidelines for all new cameras
