MINOLTA AND SPIRATONE PARTS?

In going through my friend's equipment, I find the following:
Minolta 55mm, 39(UV) filter
Minolta Panorama Head II
Spiratone 60mm, Close Focusing tube for the Spiratone 400
Spiratone T Mount Adapter for Minolta
I don't know if they have any value. Rather than take the time to photo and post these for sale, could someone please tell me if there is an interest in any of them? My widowed friend would appreciate your help. So would I. Thanks!
