i wanted to talk to some one about a package to be delivered. There are no phone numbers available any where. they are not listed in the local phone book. no number on the web site. On the web there is a ASK Me link. When there and after going around in circles i ask the question........Are you a person? answer No I'm AI here to answer questions.
Give me a break. i will never ship with them again and will ask anyone I order from not to send me anything via FedEX.

I have had superb service from FedEx and UPS. I avoid USPS

thank you I called the number and did get to talk to a person and she took care of my problem.

Generally speaking, and we get packages weekly from various services, they are all good in my area. NE low population area of Ct.
For me to single one out for a mishap would be misleading.

Just to be clear.........I have no problem with the service of FedEx; my problem was with the customer service. Every company should have a phone number where you can call and talk to a person to answer a question or to solve a problem.
The above phone number did work; why don't they list the number on their web site?

They do. I went to the FedEx Web site and found the customer service phone number,1-800-CallFedEx in about 5 seconds, it's on the customer support home page. There is nothing wrong with their web site.
