The Plough: A good composition, but the vignetting to the corners is a little excessive and detracts from the main subject the plough.
My nephew: A good pose from your nephew, however, the cluttered background is distracting, trainers etc. Better use of the Depth of Field could have blurred the background more, making the subject the centre of attraction.
What a bike: This is an excellent conversion to Black & White, with good definition. The composition is slightly compromised at the bottom left and top right corners. However, of the three photographs, the motor cycle gets my vote.

Points noted will play around with them in PS etc and see what occurs...do agree with the vignetting...its an effect i like but may have overcooked it a little here :) and didnt notice the background but thats why you need another persons opinions sometimes thanks for the input :)

I was going to say the same things about the vignetting and the clutter. I also wanted to see the rear tyre. I am not a big fan of B&W but I think you nailed this one very well. The contrast is just about right. Your fixes are very good.

The 2nd one of the nephew looks better, but his hand does look fake, maybe if you cropped it for just a head and shoulders shot?

You did a nice job of blurring it, just clone out the tennis shoes and the toy and blur the original, don't crop.
