This has been a fun series...great captures too! It has been a slow summer here for both birds and butterfly's.

Thanks Merry... David and I went out for breakfast and when we came home, he was still there... we went close to him and he flew off, a beautiful farewell!!!

Glad you enjoyed this on going series, jederick... all in all I will have approximately 20 that will take flight, but I noticed one chrysalis not looking so good this morning
But I must say, this is the best summer ever for all kinds of butterflies... hope they flutter by you soon!!
