Indianapolis, IN This photo for some reason looks fine on several sites (in large mode) including flickr. Here and a couple others the download looks horrible. Why is this?

I really like the creative art here, I expirenced this as well on a couple pics, on my device it was clear, everything looked great to me anyway, the moment I posted it changed completely!

If you look at this photo on flickr (will139) and click on the photo to enlarge it it looks completely different and much better than what is displayed here. This has also happened to me before and I have always wondered why this is.

Maybe it's me but I downloaded the photo and I love the effect - I understand it is not what you want but I would love to figure out how to make a photo look this way (not all pics but occasionally it would work - like it does on this one).
