Four days. 5000 frames on Sunday for the last 5 races of the weekend. These shots are of Cody Webb (winner and #1 in US) and Graham Jarvis (2nd place and #1 in the world).
Great fun to witness and shoot.
Thanks. I had to photoshop out a few pedestrians and some wires, but most was authentic.
The one with the blur was a bad shot from 100 yards to begin with so I tinkered with it.

Fantastic Images!
Nice series of photos. I was wondering exactly what kind of motorcycle competition this is...........to me it seems like it's kind of like "Trials" but they are on motocross bikes..... !??!!?
This is called Extreme Enduro. It evolved from a combination of Observed Trials and enduro. Graham Jarvis was a top UK Trials rider who figured out that enduro riders were cluless of what could be done. Lots of details if you google him. The bikes are a cross breed between all the sports mentioned.
The competition was held at the US Trials Training Center in TN. More photos and videos on youtube and at Tennessee Knockout Enduro (TKC)
Thanks for the good words. I've narrowed it down to about 150 more frames to process... I'll file them on my site as I go through them. There's a 28 minute video from the helmet cam of the 3rd place rider. Pretty unreal what they were going through. Rather than chase them through the mountains I opted to stick to the start/finish area. Try this:

Thanks. I had just read about that in Trials and Enduro News.
Great shots.

To sweeten the weekend I bought a used GasGas bike! Now to loose 20# and get back in shape.

Good for you. Riding the GasGas will get you back in shape.
Some fantastic images in there. I happen to like the last one the best, but that is just a personal preference. I have heard of Cody before, but I don't think I've heard of the other racer. Looks like a lot of fun to watch.
Graham Jarvis is from the UK. Google his name and you will see some insane riding. The guy who shot the helmet cam video is Mario Roman from Spain.
