We had a great trip. Vancouver to Jasper. This was always on our bucket list. The hotel in Kamloops think Bates hotel. Was going to book round trip and glad we only went for 2 days. Got off in Jasper and stayed at the Jasper park lodge which was great. Rented a car went to Milgand Lake (sp) and drove to Banff. All Good!

Malgand is spelled Maligne. I can see why Kamloops hotel offering were a bit below your station if you could pop the credit card on Jasper Park Lodge in season. Goo thing you went early the forest fire smoke is quite dense now most days.
