I'm that guy here at the Hog who usually likes to do a lot of "Morphography" (search 'ergoedbo' to see some samples!) But I always like to try something different along the way of image discovery, so I recently bought a Micro NIKKOR 40mm macro lens to try out some shooting with my Nikon D5100 in the 'tiny world' around us.
I've included copies of my initial Macro attempts here, and would certainly appreciate any & all comments, or even brutally honest critiques of them, from the great 'hog crew' who continues to amaze me with their many fantastic photographic ideas & new perspectives!

I am not talented enough to critique you but, I know I love these shots. They are crisp, colorful and draw me in. These are winners!
Thanks, TK, for your kind comments! I really like vibrant colors & unusual subject matter.. and that new macro lens is a pretty 'cool tool' to do the job for me!
Great shots and clear but the spider is a little fuzzy on the left side. Just my opinion.
