This is the Minolta Rokkor PF 58mm f/1.4, I have lenses that cost 30 times what I paid for this one, yet it's my favorite toy

Shot on a Sony a6000 using focus peaking to focus with, most shots are from f/1.4 to f/2.8 last picture was f/5.6

Love to grab this lens and go play, there is a double on the downloads if you wish to look at them.

Have a great weekend and Thanks for Looking, I'm going to be tracking the hurricane and pray we don't get 35" of rain like Port O'Conner is to have.

You and your toy have made some very good and interesting photos of some mundane subjects. You play so well!
May Harvey not disrupt your mundane world!

The oldest grandson is working a construction job in Corpus Christi. I'm told he headed out ahead of the storm, but left his trailer there. He took his fiancée with him on this job and she had insisted on a location near the water. I'm afraid he won't find his trailer when he returns. He was only 11 when the last hurricane (Katrina) blew through here. I guess he's going to learn the hard way. This one sounds horrible! Hitting hard tonight and DAYS to wait before it subsides or moves on and recovery can even begin. What a nightmare!
