I'm Joyce Jordan, new to this forum. Something is still wrong in my settings. I do Real Estate photos for Realtors. They are not sharp and photos not clear to show outside. I had my camera (bought Dec. 2016) and the settings were great, what ever they were. I had to have it repaired last month because of an error message. HDR is not working either. My panoramas are very fuzzy. Can someone please help me set my camera up again? Nikon no help. Thanks!!!!!

Welcome to UHH. Lots of people here who will try to help you, but...

You need to check (store original) to upload the full resolution version. These thumbnails are too small for any of us to give you much advice.

Were your panoramas relatively sharp before the repair?

Are you looking for advice about the HDR function?

Your example image is of no value to be able to help. Post an example image as a response message and store the original as mentioned already.

My frames are clear but when stitched they're all fuzzy and I cannot use them. I don't understand how to show them to you in a larger way. I really appreciate your response but can you help me with my settings on the camera D 7200?np

What software are you using to knit your single shots into a panorama?

Welcome to UHH, Joyce.

Please repost one photo at a time, and be sure to check the "store original" box before you hit Add Attachment. That will allow folks here to see the photos better, plus view the EXIF data and determine what the settings were when you took the pictures.

Repeating my questions: Were your panoramas relatively sharp before the repair? (Has ICE ever given you a satisfactory product?)

Are you looking for advice about the HDR function?

If you can't help yourself by providing answers to questions, it's going to be a tough road to finding a solution from guesses at your limited information ...

Just guessing here, but do you have:

Back button focus enabled?
Have you inadvertently moved your focus point by unlocking the focus selector lock (the tab on the "rim" of the multi selector (big round button on the right)? I ask, because I've done it.
Your lens could be the culprit. Do you have another?

"I had my camera (bought Dec. 2016) and the settings were great, what ever they were."

I think it is clear that the problem started after the camera was repaired.

Joyce - There are two buttons on the camera with green dots next to them. One on the back and one on the top. Holding both buttons in for a few seconds will return the camera to the "original" settings as it came out of the box.

If you upload an old, unaltered picture it might add some information. The Nikon software has an option called "as shot" that might give us a clue.

Maybe I am misunderstanding what you say here, but it seems your individual images are fine, but the panorama is not. I do not understand what why your camera settings have to be changed if you are satisfied with the individual image quality. What am I missing?

Joyce... Several have asked for the full image. And, it is needed for better help. To do that, as you make your post, include the image by clicking on the "choose file" button. Then, check the box that says (store original). Finally, the "add attachment" button. That will make the larger image available for us. Note: if you preview the post, your files may need to be reattached before sending. So, look to make sure your photo file and the (store original) selections are correct before posting. 👍🤓👍
