Been a while since I shot any rodeos. From the response I have received in sales. I might have to make my self available for some more.

Rodeos are great fun. And the people love pictures of their horses (and kids).

Their was quite a bit of post op work for sure. I shot most of the rodeo at 12,800 to keep the shutter speed up. I shoot a lot of sports venues and it helps in these god awful lighting conditions.

iso at 12,800 is really high. It looks to me that your camera can handle it. What were your settings?

Great rodeo images. I took my 5Dlll to the Salinas CA rodeo recently and was stopped at the entrance gate and was not allowed to use my "professional" camera. I was very disappointed. The whole rodeo atmosphere is enjoyable. Thanks for sharing.
