Would like ID of old glass Negative

I love buying old glass negatives and printing them out. This one really caught my eye. I think it is the White House or the US Capital. Any ideas or any where I can send for ID location. See the Candles in the Chandelier and spittoon on either side of the pillars. There wasn't much of the image left on the glass was very hard to focus. I bought another bundle of 25 glass negatives for five bucks. One I sent to a guy in Florida to ID he responded and said not only where but the day. It was the Gettysburg address that was my life time find. I gave him the plate for his collection.

I did a quick search for old images of interior us capital (and white house) but didn't spot anything matching your negative.
It could be one of the older state capitals.

Remember the White House was guted and redone during the Truman administration, so any photos from earlier would not match present conditions.

Thank you excellent point. I didn't think of other Capitals. I found this in Connecticut. I will go to Connecticuts Historical Society, it could be from the old Connecticut State house, or possibly Rhode Island.

Yes good point! Because glass plates were user up into the 20's. I wonder if it was full electrical before the renovation. It's a good chance not every chandelier was electrified. I love UHH there are a lot of talent out there. Thanks Dave
