Thanks. I use a Nikon D500 with a 105mm Macro lens. Lighting is from two 500W equivalent LEDs and an off-camera flash. The image is focus-stacked from 40 images using Helicon's Remote and Focus programs.

Thank you. How did you get the white background? This is an excellent job of stacking.

This is done in a lab setting, so the subject is held several inches above a white base, which eliminates shadowing.

Thank you again! I do some indoor work but usually use a black background. The white is very striking!

I used both, depending on the shot. This is a UV Fluorescence image of a scorpion claw.
