That makes the image a little dark putting two #12s together but at least it is darker than a #14. Per NASA and Fred "MrEclipse" Espenak, #14 welders glass is the only way to guarantee the safety of viewing a partial eclipse.

2 cameras 2 filters. If you look closely, the recommended is #14 but the minimum is #12. Did some testing and the shots look fine but have a green cast to them. Fixable in PP.
