Photoshop Elements/Premiere Elements

Just purchased this bundle and installed in my computer. Windows 10, 32 gb , ssd, etc. Very good and stable machine. The problem is that when I attempt the start either of these programs, I get an error message that says "Elements has stopped working", and I have to click closed. It won't even open before it crashes. I have deleted and reinstalled the programs to no avail. I plan to call Adobe support tonight, but I can't help but wonder if anyone else has experienced this.
Has anyone seen this, did you resolve it and what is the fix?

You mention 32 gb. Do you mean 32 bit. If so, Elements 15 no longer includes support for 32 bit systems - only 64 bit.

No, RAM. OS is 64gb

Might be anti-virus software. It is possible that the "scan when a file opens" corrupted the installation. Perhaps, uninstall, stop the AV software services, then re-install Elements. I've installed versions 12 and 14 on three different Win10 devices without any issues.

I, with the help Adobe support, found the cause. Evidently, some "adware" was inadvertently installed that prevented the program from opening. This was discovered by going to the event viewer and finding the error. Once this software was uninstallled, elements opened right away. Thanks for the suggestion.
