Saw this road sign during one of our many trips out and about the countryside (Canberra, ACT, Australia). Not sure who it is meant for but it made me stop to take a photograph just the same.

It had been a long drive that day and I wasn't sure --- thought it might be giving directions

What a fascinating sign. I have no idea what it means, but the way it was made indicates it is not one of a kind.

Probably not, as these types of road signs are made for and on behalf of our Road Transport Authority but, it is the only one of its kind that I have seen (that I recall) to date.
