This is great. IMO the shot could be cropped tighter eliminating the doors in the background and making the red disk and child more the story in the frame. Some from the right also.

I like it. Just the way it is. At first I thought cropping off the black on the right side would help, but then I decided it helped set the mood, dark and reflective. The doors need to stay, also. That way we see what his eyes see, and what his mind sees. Just my interpretation.
