I give you such credit for trying and not giving up.... maybe one day, I'll give it a shot!
I often think of the saying, "Nothing ventured, nothing gained." I think I heard that from my mother. So, anyway, that's the attitude I take. If I mess up some shots, at least I don't have to pay for developing, and I can just delete. lol! That delete button and I are very well acquainted.
I'm loving these shots, Cathy. The soft colors and blurred backgrounds remind me of watercolor paintings. I'm always happy to see your experiments and the bending sure creates a beautiful background. I can relate to what you said about the delete button. Some days my delete button and I are great friends! Thanks for sharing!

And I agree also. The colors and background blurs are beautiful. I especially love the flow of all of #1. I always wanted to paint an expression of beauty. And now we can all do photographic painting and capture beautiful, beautiful subjects.
I'm glad you like them, Donna, but my bending technique was for the birds, just bending and then seeing what I'd get. Well, the bending went too far, but they are colorful! lol!

Thank you for the comment, Jane! I'm glad you like them. Now that Donna has described the proper bending technique, it's just a matter of practice so that I don't go too far like I did with these shots.

Excellent point, Sandy! It's that potential of photographic painting that attracted me to the Lensbabies. I just love to see what all of us come up with.
