The UN Security Council v**ed for economic sanctions against NK. Even China v**ed for the sanctions. Tillerson offered to talk to NK about their weapons program. Before negotiations and/or sanctions could even begin to take affect, the fat US dummy threatened NK with "Fire and Fury", thus undermining his Secretary of State and the Security Council's resolution. Great negotiating sk**ls!!
As for Guam, Kim has "the bomb" and the missile but he has a long way to go to get the bomb on the missile.
