Love Saltlick BarB-Q Johnny but my favorites are Rudy's and County Line in Austin and Coopers in Llano. As for HEB well, nothing else compares. I wish we had one here in PA.

I hear Rudy's is good Coopers is good, there are 2 in San-Saba (don't remember there names, Waco sucks when it comes to BBQ, but China Springs has a good on with great BBQ sauce.
